When this residence entered the market, the structure had sustained roof failures severe enough to rot through the living room floor and ceiling. No power. No running water. Floors more than twelve inches out of level. Walls three to six inches out of plumb. Located within the Fernandina Beach Historic District, demolition was not an option.

In 2022, the Fernandina Beach Preservation Board recognized Rob Psulkowski, founder of Built to Last Construction, with the Craftsmanship Award for his work on the Lesesne House at 415 Centre Street.
